Manually operated swivel barrier

Comprising a hot-dip galvanised pillar and an aluminium octagonal barrier. In a closed position the barrier has to be locked with a padlock at the latching post. With another latching post you can also lock the barrier in the open position. This post also has a base plate to fix below ground level.
